Provide exceptional customer service to travelers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, HR, and executive leadership. 7. Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, airline policies, and travel regulations.
