Job Details - Start time can be 6am or 12pm
- Medical Lab Scientist (no Techs)
- Generalist duties. Acute lab in 25 bed/9bed ER. CLS must be able to work and think independently as there is only 1 CLS on duty per shift. Limited Microbiology, gram staining required. Blood Bank does Type and Screen, PEG/AHG, Electronic/IS/Full XM, DAT. Antibody ID is managed by the CLS on duty, but the Antibody ID and Antigen testing is sent to the BB reference lab. BB uses Wellsky.
Job Requirements - Years of experience REQ: 2, hospital clinical lab.

- RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
- Pending License accepted: No
Schedule Information - Variable - Days (2x/week). Evenings (3x/week).
- Local Radius is 50 miles - please reach out to AM for local rate

- Will this traveler need to float between like units? Open to accommodating block schedule? Per manager discretion
Additional Details - SUBS: Aya I9 Attestation Required

- Required for WA State OBRA search. OBRA search is required for CNAs at Skilled Nursing facilities (SNF) in WA ONLY.
- Must be AHA (Instructor, Provider, or RQI) or "Heart&Stroke" certification from Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation ONLY. Must check UD to verify certifications required.
