    Job Requirements
  • Must be AHA BLS certified
  • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
  • HIPAA, Joint Commission-NPSG, OSHA Topics competencies required
  • Vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. Negative titer must have booster vaccine. Exemptions not accepted for certain areas
  • Annual Fit Test required for all disciplines
  • Documentation of vaccination series completion or documentation of Hepatitis B declination to vaccine
  • Flu vaccine required starting Sept 4th, 2023 for all new travelers. Annual updates required. Declinations and exemptions not accepted
  • Positive PPD requires Negative Chest X-Ray and Annual TB Questionnaire. X-ray should be completed
  • Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter
  • Driver's License/State ID required if placement is in a state other than home state/issuing state of compact license
  • 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required. Negative IGRA within 90 days of offered start date needed. If positive TB record, requires Proof of Chest X-Ray within last 1 year accompanied by TB questionnaire
  • Proof of immunity against Varicella required through vaccines, titers, or healthcare provider verification. If titer results do not show immunity, vaccination doses are necessary
  • Tdap vaccine valid for 10 years from administered date
  • Resume or Profile required
  • At least two professional references required
  • Criminal Background Check Results including SSN Trace, County Resided and Employed search, National Criminal, OFAC, and VSOP required
  • EPLS checks required
  • OFAC checks required
  • Annual specialty-specific Skills Checklist required for clinical positions
  • 12 Panel Drug Screen within 30 days prior to the start of the first assignment, updated annually thereafter. Retesting required if break in service exceeds 90 days
  • Badge Photo with white or blue background required
  • Education Verification at the source level required
  • Confirmation of Assignment documentation required
  • Influenza Vaccine Exemption/Declination with mask requirement during flu season stated
  • Exit Survey must be completed within 72 hours after the completion of assignment
