Minimum of 2 years Required: Clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab required or equivalent or Required: Previous experience working in a hospital setting Credentials Required : Certification/Registration/Licensure as required by the WA State for a Radiologic Technologist and Required Upon Hire: Basic Life Support and Required Standard: Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within a standard grace period from hire or transfer. Required within 6 months: National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification PHSW Cath Lab RT(R) only and Preferred : Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Department / Location Specific Notes SWMC Cath Lab: ARRT required. On-call required. NIHSS course completed within six months of hire. St. Joseph Medical Center: Washington: RCIS. In place of the RCIS, an ARRT is required. An ARRT requires the addition of an ARRT-CV or ARRT-CI and ARRT-VI within 1 year from date of hire.
