Job Details
- Position/Specialty: Cath Lab Tech
- Shift: 3x12 Days
- Years of experience REQ: Minimum 1 year experience required.
- First-timers accepted: Yes.
- Weekend REQ: Will work 2-3 weekends per contract.
- Is on-call REQ? Yes- call required as needed.
- Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? No.
- Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
- Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
- Pending License accepted: No- must have active license to apply.
- RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days.
- Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience required.
- Active state license required.
- Required Work Setting Experience: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab.
- Required Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Skills/Experience: Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Right heart catheterization, Rotablader athrectomy, Scrub Procedures.
- Required Infection Control Skills/Experience: Isolation Precautions, Sterile Technique.
- Required Age Specific Competencies: Middle and Older Adult.

- Tech Cert Verification - National required.
- HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement required.
- State License 1 Verification required.
- NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) required.
