On Call Requirements: None Description:
Provides radiologic care to patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders.
Operates CT and MRI scan units to perform clinical diagnostic procedures as directed.
Positions patient to obtain desired views and assists Radiologist with biopsy or drainage procedures. Qualifications:
Education:
Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
Associates degree in Radiology Technology preferred. Certification Requirements:
Radiologic Technology Certification and Kentucky State Certification required.
Nuclear Medicine Certification preferred.
ODC preferred. Experience:
Candidate should possess knowledge in policies, procedures, and all equipment in Cardiac catheterization and Electrophysiology labs.
Performs any other duties as assigned or requested.
