Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years required
• First-Time Travelers: Not accepted
• Certs Required:
  • BLS
  • California State License (must be active)
  • Fluoroscopy Permit
• License: No temp licenses; must be active CA license at submission
• Local Radius Rule: 50 miles
• Locals Accepted: Yes, at lower bill rate
• Floating Required:
  • May be required to float to Laguna Beach or Mission Viejo
  • All travelers must float within state as needed

• Block Schedule: Possible, per manager discretion

  
  

Scheduling & RTO

• Weekend Requirement:
  • Minimum of every other weekend, but will likely exceed
• On-Call: Required - 8 days per month
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off once per 2-week pay period
• RTO Policy:
  • Max 7 days auto-approved
  • More than 7 days requires client approval
  • Must be included at time of submission

• Holiday Requirement: Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays
  (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)

  
  

Submission Requirements

• Tier: 3 (Low submittal volume)
• Must Include:
  • SSN and DOB
  • Valid CA license
  • Required certs
  • RTO (at submission)
  • Minimum 2 supervisory references (1 year total, or 6 months for CNAs)
• Submission Rule: Only 1 Providence facility at a time
• Return Staff Policy: Eligible to return after 3 months

Modules

• Average Time: 16 hours (non-billable)
• Over 20 hours requires PM approval
• Completion: Pre-start and annually
• Reporting: Self-reported, tracked via Workramp transcripts
