/ Specialty- Cath Lab Tech Shift:7AM-5:30 PM 4-days per week. Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: Yes - with minimum of 2 years cath lab experience scrubbing and monitoring Weekend REQ: On-call approximately every 4th - 5th weekend. Occasional Sunday Certs REQ:ACLS, BLS Is on-call REQ? Yes - Approximately one day per week and every 4th - 5th weekend Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed Open to accommodating block schedule? No Locals accepted: Yes Pending License accepted: Yes RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days. Guaranteed Hours: Client may cancel up to 3 shifts at any time for any assigned Aya Candidate without any penalty or obligation to pay Aya for such cancelled time. On-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours. Special Requirements: Work Setting Experience Required: Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab Cardiac Cath Lab Procedure Experience Required: Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Hemodynamic monitoring, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Left heart catheterization, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal coronary Angioplasty (PTCA),Pulmonary Artery (PA) Line insertion, Right heart catheterization, Scrub procedures, Temporary Pacemaker Procedural Responsibilities Experience Required: Accurate Monitoring, Equipment set up, Perform EKG lead placement, Prep access site, Recognition of life-threatening arrhythmias, Room circulator, Scrub-maintain sterile field, Vascular Closure Systems
