This assignment will be at our Main Campus 1919 E Thomas Road, Phoenix, AZ 85016 COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children s prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination& Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season. Job Summary: This position performs invasive cardiovascular procedures to produce consistently high quality examinations in accordance with all applicable standards, regulations, and licensing requirements. Experience Requirements: Pediatric Experience Minimum of one year of Cath Lab, CV Invasive Specialist, or procedural area experience Certification/License/Registry Requirements: ARRT Registration Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
