Pay Package:
Total Hourly Pay Rate: $58.85 Per Hour
On W2(Taxable): $20.00 Per Hour
Stipend (Non-Taxable): $38.85 Per Hour
Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $2,354.00 Per Week
On W2(Taxable): $800.00 Per Week
Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,554.00 Per Week
Required:
- 1-year plus experience in Case Management, LTAC/Rehab
- Familiar with EMR and/or documentation expectations for role (ACMA SOP)
- Familiar with Continuity of Care / Transition of Care requirements (CMS standards)
Certification and license:
- MA license required.
