- Typical procedures performed: Discharge planning, Care progression, Communication with medical teams
Job Requirements - Must have: HCA Case Management experience
- Must have: Meditech and Midas experience
- Preferred: Discharge planning
- Preferred: Patient progression
- Required Certifications: RN
Schedule Information - One weekend a month
- Rotating holidays
Unit Specific Information - Floating Area(s): Med/Surg, ICU
- Dress Code: Business casual or Navy scrubs
