Description:
This department performs before-, during- and after-care of invasive, interventional, and therapeutic procedures/studies to treat cardiac and vascular arterial venous and structure heart disorders, cardiac rhythm abnormalities, to implant and remove devices and leads, and conduct therapeutic cathartic ablations. Qualifications:
Education:
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Preferred Licensing/Certification:
American Registry of Radiologic Technologist's Radiography (ARRT-R): Required
Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) Radiologic Technologist License: Required in OR
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required Facility Specific License/Certifications:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS) or RQIACLS: Required Experience:
One year's catheterization experience:
