Speech-Language Pathologist - School
We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. In this role, you will work with students to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them achieve academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication challenges that impact learning and social interaction.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide therapy sessions focused on improving speech articulation, language comprehension, and communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' educational goals.
- Document progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
- Educate students, families, and staff on strategies to support communication development in various settings.
