Transportation Customer Service LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an automotive company in Mesa. This company is in search of a transportation customer service representative to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The training will be FULLY ONSITE for the first month. Once you are trained, there will be some hybrid flexibility.
Key Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls, assisting customers with inquiries, scheduling, and resolving issues.
- Make outbound calls as necessary to follow up with customers or address additional needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude at all times.
- Respond to customer concerns and questions efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Manage customer data accurately and input information into the system.
- Monitor customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery, and proactively update customers on the status of their orders.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company goals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and offerings to provide informed assistance.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a high-volume call center or related industry (transportation or automotive is a plus).
- Logistics experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and patience.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using customer service software, MS Office, and other tools.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
