We are hiring for Transport Engineer III

Location: Chandler, AZ (Hybrid - Up to 5 days in office)


Summary:

Seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Transport Engineer to lead and manage RAN interconnect and 5G C-Band transport upgrade projects in the Southwest Market. This role requires end-to-end transport solution engineering (fiber/microwave), vendor coordination, IP assignments, and database management (CND, INAM, Fuze, Nokia NSP). Strong data handling skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment are essential.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's in engineering or 4+ years relevant experience
  • Wireless network/transport engineering background
  • Proficiency with IP networking, transport protocols (L2/L3, segment routing), CWDM/DWDM
  • Tools: Microsoft Excel, Granite/CND, INAM, Fuze, Nokia NSP
  • Project management experience and database maintenance
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Nokia (7250/7750), Ericsson RF, Microsoft Project
  • Familiarity with executive-level reporting and troubleshooting
