Transplant Coordinator

We are seeking an RN Transplant Coordinator ($58/hour) to join our healthcare team at one of NYC's most prestigious hospital systems at their Manhattan location. You would be tasked with playing a vital role in the organ transplant process , overseeing all aspects from patient evaluation and donor management to post-transplant care, ensuring a smooth and successful outcome for both donors and recipients.

Responsibilities include:
Coordinate and manage transplant patient care from initial assessment through post-operative follow-up.
Perform catheterization and IV insertion as needed, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Educate patients and families on transplant procedures and aftercare requirements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Valid RN License
MUST have liver transplant coordinator experience

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
