Job Title: Transition Manager 5

Duration: 4+ month contract (possibility of extension)
I. Beeline Enhancements for Time & Materials management In-Scope Transition Management Activities
• Develop detailed stakeholder engagement and communications plans based on outputs of Phase 1 (previous project).
• Execute detailed stakeholder engagement and communications plan and content, including creating and giving presentations, and drafting and publishing emails and website content. Stakeholder engagement and communications will include client's audiences, RSR audiences, and Supplier audiences.
• Support client's Managed Service Partner in executing the training plan and content by reviewing, editing, and proofing deliverables, including presentations, QRGs, and tutorial videos. Training will include both process training and tool training for client's audiences, RSR audiences, and supplier audiences.
• Support the project team in general communications and stakeholder management activities.
II. BuyingHub strategic enhancements In-Scope Transition Management Activities
• Develop rebranding plan to align BuyingHub to new Procurement strategy
• Develop and execute plans for communications, engagement, and training to support process, behavior, and perception changes as outlined in the rebranding plan.
This includes development of presentations; drafting and publishing emails, newsletters, and website content; and developing training materials.
• Support the project team in general communications and stakeholder management activities.
