Transformative IT Program Manager

The candidate will perform the following duties: - Support the creation of and provide leadership for an enterprise endeavor to modernize a Federal customer's IT support model.
- Serve as a change agent, liaising across government, Amentum, and subcontractor teams to create lasting technological, process, and cultural change.
- Manages day-to-day technical operations including all aspects of systems integration, engineering design, material procurement, fabrication, systems assembly and installation, environmental testing, logistics, fielding, and follow-on support.
- Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of all contract support activities. Interface with government personnel.
- Formulate and review project feasibility studies, determine costs, ensure conformance to work standards.
- Interpret policies, purposes, and goals of the organizations for subordinates.
- Manage logistics support analysis for military systems.
- Manage systems safety studies. Identify, acquire and utilize company resources to achieve project technical objectives.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of administrative, program, and technical personnel.
- Responsible for managing and controlling schedules and cost to provide on time, within budget, performance of all aspects of the contractual effort.
- Provides direction for operations and ensuring compliance with all management policies, plans, and procedures.
- Provides recommendations for resolution of technical problems to the Government staff and team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: - Minimum of ten years of experience with the management of an Enterprise IT Service Delivery and Management Program 2+ years experience working with as a service models
- Five years of experience with the management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) of various labor categories and skills
- Demonstrated experience delivering successfully within Firm Fixed Price
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification issued from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
- Must have an Active SECRET US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a SECRET Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of and experience managing as a Service Models (commercial or government)
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Agile Certification (desired) or requisite experience
- Ability to prepare and conduct briefings to diverse audiences
- Experience developing and implementing risk response plans, implementation plans, and change management strategies
- Five years of experience developing a strategic vision for a complex organization, balancing modernization needs with critical daily operations and maintenance requirements.
- Five years of experience managing programs or projects in a DoD environment.
- Five years of experience with the Federal procurement process.
- Five years of experience with the administration of cost-type contracts.
- ITIL v3 Practitioner or ITIL V4 equivalent.
Work Environment: - This position is performed in a traditional office environment.

Compensation and Benefits Hiring salary range is $190k-$250K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and the abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
