Position Title: Transformation Strategy Officer Location: Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado Springs, CO Relocation Assistance: None available at this time Remote/Telework: NO - Not available for this position Clearance Type: DoD Top Secret with SCI Eligibility Shift: Day shift (Mon-Fri) Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time Description of Duties: The Transformation Strategy Officer supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Be responsible for supporting the management of complex and diverse intra- and inter-departmental organizations.
• Formalize the goals and objectives that achieve the IRES vision, as well as recommend performance measures and priorities for activities and resources that achieve greater efficiency and effectiveness for our organizations and our customers.
• Support the Director of Program Management and Integration and other IRES leaders to increase performance, collaboration, and problem solving across all of our cross-functional teams. Basic Requirements: Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 18 years of general experience; Associate's degree and 16 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 14 years of general experience; Master's degree and 12 years of general experience
• Must have at least 10 years of directly related experience
• Must have at least 15 years of experience in management or leadership roles
• Must have experience leading a large staff (20 or more personnel) at the strategic or operational level
• Must have experience in strategic and operational planning
• Must have experience in transformation for a large organization
• Must have an active DoD Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility Desired Requirements:
• Have a master's degree
• Strong communication skills at the executive/Flag/General officer level
• Have a working knowledge and experience in enterprise or global operations
• Have a working knowledge and experience in managing cross-functional organizations
• Have experience managing large and complex projects/programs/missions This position is expected to pay $175,000 - $200,000 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
