Job Number: R Transformation and Strategic Communications Specialist The Opportunity: We believe that effective communication is at the heart of every successful endeavor, and we're looking for an experienced communications spe cia list who is ready to play a pivotal role in shaping our organization and client communication strategies. Here, you'll apply your skills to plan, produce, and consult on a variety of communication project activities that support U.S. Space Force initiatives focused on advancement of organizational transformation. As a transformation and strategic communications spe cia list, you'll hold a highly-visible role, working closely with cross-functional teams to shape and impact communications planning. You will foster relationships and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to develop and implement communications strategies aligned with organizational objectives, adjusting strategies based on data and insights for success. As a strategic thinker, you will work on a dynamic team in a fast-paced client environment to develop compelling written and visual communications in support of Department of Defense ( DoD ) campaigns. You'll author clear and compelling messages for key strategic communications products and tailor them to inform and e nga ge internal and external key audiences. Other responsibilities include working independently to manage documents, briefings, and other materials all the way through from creation to client-ready completion. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 2+ years of experience providing strategic communications expertise
Experience designing and implementing communication strategies or campaigns, and delivering communication products for audiences using multiple communication channels
Experience using Micro sof t Office Suite tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Knowledge of DoD-enterprise communication channels
Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force
Possession of excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen attention to detail
TS / SCI clearance
Master's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
