National Grid is hiring a Transformation Analyst for our Customer and Network Development department based in Warwick.
About the role To provide support to the Network Design team in data management, ownership of data management processes, key performance data reporting, and communication activities for the Network Capability and the wider Network Design teams.
What you'll do - Provide data analysis and administration support to the Network Capability team.
- Create and maintain SOPs for data management activities in the Network Design team.
- Support Power Systems Engineers by maintaining reliable data records regarding system access activities.
- Produce, collate, and coordinate Network Design team performance data; collaborate with managers to provide KPI information to leadership.
- Identify and implement data improvement activities for the Network Capability and broader Network Design teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with NESO and NGET planning teams.
- Support the submission, analysis, and variance identification of system access data for NESO using established processes.
What you'll need - Proficiency in desktop software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for managing and presenting data, including report generation and data interrogation (e.g., Pivot tables).
- Ability to interpret engineering diagrams and technical data.
- Strong IT skills for data management and process improvement.
- Good organizational skills for time management and prioritization.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination and customer management.
- Effective communication skills for issue resolution.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a high-paced environment.
What you'll get - Salary between £41,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
