We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to handle complex transactions and play a pivotal role in our company's growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in real estate law with a focus on land acquisition, joint ventures, leasing, and financing.

Responsibilities:

As a Transactional Real Estate Attorney, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Providing expert legal counsel on all aspects of real estate transactions, including land acquisition, joint ventures, leasing, and financing.
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of real estate contracts and agreements.
3. Identifying legal risks in real estate documentation and advising clients on the possible implications.
4. Managing and resolving complex legal issues related to real estate transactions.
5. Facilitating smooth closings by coordinating with all parties involved in transactions, including lenders, brokers, and title companies.
6. Keeping up-to-date with changes in real estate regulations and laws and advising management about potential impacts.
7. Collaborating with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure the successful completion of real estate transactions.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Transactional Real Estate Attorney position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. A current license to practice law in the state.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Transactional Real Estate Attorney, preferably in the Mortgage/construction industry.
4. Extensive knowledge of real estate law, including land acquisition, joint ventures, leasing, and financing.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in using legal research tools and real estate transaction software.
9. A strong commitment to ethical legal practice.
