A well established law firm in north Atlanta is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to join their dynamic team. Our client combines challenging and engaging casework with genuine work-life balance in a supportive, collaborative environment. This position includes a hybrid work schedule, reasonable billable requirement, lucrative multifaceted bonus structure, comprehensive employer-paid benefits, and a 401k profit sharing program.

As part of the transactional team, you'll handle sophisticated transactions and contract matters across the firm's core specialties which include:

• Government Law
• Employment Law
• Real Estate Litigation
• Land Use & Zoning
• Business Litigation
• Government Contracts
• Construction Law

We are seeking an attorney with an strong transactional skillset to assist partners on a variety of matters. Core responsibilities include representing government entities in negotiations with developers and property owners, negotiating real property acquisitions and dispositions, conducting title examinations, drafting and editing government contracts, and more.

Job Details

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent transactional experience in a law firm setting
• Strong academic credentials, J.D. from an accredited university
• Proven track record of case management from inception to close
• Exceptional organizational, written, and oral advocacy skills
• Stable employment history
• Government law experience preferred but not required
