Job Details

Responsibilities and Duties Include: Must be a member in good standing of the California State Bar to be considered for this role

  • 2-3 years in real estate or transactional real estate or corporate transactional (real estate experience is a plus)
  • Forming and maintaining business entities and advising and strategizing with clients on potential opportunities
  • Advising clients regarding corporate governance, tax, and business succession planning
  • Representing clients in Commercial acquisitions, financings, Leasing, and commercial real estate transactions
  • Drafting and negotiating various agreements

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school; a member in good standing of the California State Bar
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Highly team-oriented
  • Prior knowledge and experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, real estate, commercial real estate, lending and financing, tax, or succession planning is preferred but not required
