We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Transactional and Estate Planning Attorney to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of transactional and estate planning matters. This includes drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on corporate governance issues, and managing estate planning for clients. Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel on all transactional and estate planning matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and business agreements.
  • Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and strategies.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, if necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and client service.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.


Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active member in good standing with the Indiana Bar.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in transactional work and estate planning.
  • Proven track record of managing a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft complex legal documents.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and adherence to legal ethical standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
