We're growing quickly and looking for a Transaction Coordinator who thrives in a high-output, team-driven setting and knows how to roll with the punches. We are seeking a full-time, in-office Transaction Coordinator to oversee the entire transaction process from signed agreement to closing. You'll be the key point of contact for sellers, buyers, title companies, and internal teams, ensuring that every transaction moves efficiently and successfully to the finish line. Expect to manage 10-15 active transactions per month while keeping communication crisp, deadlines on track, and issues handled before they become problems. Compensation:
• Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience)

• Overseeing all transaction paperwork and contract timelines
• Direct communication with sellers, buyers, and title companies
• Tracking critical deadlines and ensuring obligations are met
• Scheduling inspections, appraisals, and closings
• Updating Salesforce CRM and maintaining detailed transaction records
• Solving issues proactively to avoid delays (title issues, inspection surprises, etc.)
• Delivering consistent updates to all parties involved
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and internal requirements Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of real estate transaction coordination experience preferred
• Highly organized, resourceful, and calm under pressure
• Skilled in direct client communication with sellers and buyers
• Familiar with real estate contracts and closing processes
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
• Strong problem-solver who can manage multiple deadlines at once
• Positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership over work Bonus Points:
• Licensed Notary (preferred)
• Real estate agent license (a plus, but not required) Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
