The Associate Transaction Coordinator plays a crucial support role within THG Real Estate, assisting agents and the Transaction Coordination team in facilitating seamless listing and transaction processes. Compensation:
• Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

• Bonus Opportunities Responsibilities: Listing Management:
• Coordinate the onboarding of new listings, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and processed with meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain and update listing information in THG's database and any associated MLS systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with marketing and staging professionals to prepare properties for listing, including scheduling photography, staging, and open houses.
• Provide administrative support to agents for the listing process, ensuring that all listings are presented professionally and attractively to potential buyers. Transaction Coordination:
• Facilitate the transaction process from accepted offer to close, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and compliance standards are met.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and repairs, acting as the liaison between all parties involved to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues promptly.
• Manage and track contingency deadlines to ensure all transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. Administrative Support:
• Assist in managing agent calendars, including scheduling of listing appointments, open houses, and closing dates.
• Prepare and submit all required documentation for listings and transactions, ensuring compliance with IREC standards and regulations.
• Manage client and property data within THG's CRM system, ensuring information is current and accessible. Client Services:
• Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding the listing and transaction process, providing support and information as needed.
• Enhance client satisfaction through prompt and courteous service, ensuring all client questions and concerns are addressed effectively. Qualifications:
• Significant experience in real estate listings and transaction coordination.
• Familiarity with MLS systems, real estate documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, agents, and service providers.
• Proficiency in Google Office Suite.
• Familiarity with real estate CRM Brivity preferred or other comparable real estate CRM software. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
