Responsibilities:
• Transaction Management: Oversee all aspects of the transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulations and company standards.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of four virtual assistants, delegating tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring timely completion of responsibilities.
• Documentation: Prepare and review all necessary transaction documents, including contracts, disclosures, and addendums, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, clients, lenders, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to legal requirements and company policies, maintaining organized records for auditing purposes.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the transaction process, keeping all parties informed and ensuring a smooth closing experience. Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with experience overseeing virtual assistants preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in real estate transaction management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant applications.
• Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Licensing: Real estate license is a plus but not required. Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000
