What You'll Handle:
- Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
- Advising clients on probate proceedings, tax implications, and wealth transfer strategies
- Managing client relationships from consultation through closing
- Explaining legal concepts in plain, reassuring language
What You Bring:
- 3 years of transactional experience in trusts, estate planning, and probate law
- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills
- Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
- Highly organized with a client-first mindset
- Ability to independently manage files while maintaining a personal, empathetic approach
