Job Title: Training Lead

Business Unit: Corporate - Operations

Reports To: Director, Digital Business Transformation

Job Purpose

The Training Lead is responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining training curriculums and materials to ensure employee proficiency in updated manufacturing and warehousing standards. This role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training resources including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and engaging video content.
Deploy Training Programs: Lead the rollout of training initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring clarity and effective learning outcomes.
Catalog Training Content: Maintain a well-organized repository of training assets for ongoing and future access.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to identify training gaps and tailor programs accordingly.
Evaluate Program Effectiveness: Monitor the success of training efforts and implement improvements as needed.
Stay Current: Keep up with industry best practices to continuously enhance training approaches and tools.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)

Experience
3-5 years of experience in a training-related role
Background in operations or manufacturing training preferred
Experience developing structured learning programs (e.g., apprenticeships, rotational programs)
Proficiency in technical training and video content creation

Skills & Abilities
Proven ability to design and deploy impactful training programs
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency in video editing tools and digital learning platforms
Collaborative mindset with a cross-functional approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
