Target Compensation:
  • $51,667 year one; $58,167 year two; $65,167 year three.
  • Paid hourly-more hours mean more pay.
  • Typical schedule: 45 hours per week (5 days on, 2 days off).

Responsibilities:

As part of the L2L training program, managers will handle various responsibilities, including:
  • Customer Service: Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns, and fostering customer loyalty.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily production, staff according to demand, and ensure the store meets high service and safety standards.
  • Employee Leadership: Guide and mentor your team, create positive work environments, and manage weekly schedules to meet both staffing and customer needs.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Associate degree or above (or current college senior) OR 2+ years in management, professional sales, or military leadership.
  • Availability to work a retail schedule (5 out of 7 days, including weekends and holidays).
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Authorized to work in the US without current or future sponsorship.
Physical Requirements:
  • Work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Perform physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting, and moving up to 50 pounds.
  • Have visual acuity for safety and aural skills to distinguish sounds in a busy environment.
  • Fluent in English for effective communication with team members and customers.
