Training Specialist Level 2 with FS POLY with Security Clearance

Must have a FS POLY Role Overview:
Develop and deliver training materials, provide classroom instruction, and guide junior personnel. Analyze training needs, refine programs, and update materials based on feedback and operational accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Brief military and agency personnel on operational concepts.
Develop and improve training plans based on feedback.
Ensure training programs comply with government policies.
Deliver instruction and finalize training documentation.
Qualifications: 9+ years in electrical engineering or computer science, with expertise in electronics, SIGINT systems, and training development.
3+ years in VHF, UHF, RF theory, radio wave propagation, and antennas.
