The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Journeyman Training Specialist to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES II).
Responsibilities:
• Assesses, designs, and conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state-of-the-art technologies related to training and behavioral studies in support of DoDIN operations services and Warfighter Experience (WX) services
• Displays ability to manage comprehensive training programs for diverse personnel, including subcontractors and partners
• Provides training services for the Global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-J) Family of Programs (FOP)
• Identifies the best-approach training requirements, including but not limited to, hardware, software, simulations, course assessment and refreshment, assessment centers, oral examinations, interviews, computer-assisted and adaptive testing, behavior-based assessment and performance, and team and unit assessment and measurement
• Develops and revises training courses
• Prepares training catalogs and course materials
• Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, and seminars
• Supports training for software development platforms in the USSOUTHCOM IT portfolio
• Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
• Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems Qualifications:
Required:
• Must have Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in relevant area of study
• A minimum of 4-7 years of relevant experience
• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Possesses knowledge of industry certifications and technical environments to ensure appropriate training for functional roles.
• Exhibits skill in developing and revising training courses, determining objectives, and overseeing IT curriculum development.
• Displays competence in creating instructional materials and leading classroom training sessions.
• Shows capability in guiding the creation of computer-based and web-based training modules.
• Demonstrates proficiency in assessing instructor performance and implementing improvements to training courses. Desired:
• TS/SCI clearance
• COMPTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification, or Certified IPC Trainer Application Specialist Training

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
