Responsibilities: -
Design and deliver training programs focused on technical skills, compliance, onboarding, and professional development

Partner with department heads to assess learning needs and create tailored solutions

Manage logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions

Develop and update training materials, manuals, and e-learning content

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics

Stay current on trends in learning and development and recommend improvements
Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field

3+ years of experience in a training, learning & development, or HR-related role

Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills

Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools

Experience working in a legal environment is a must have
