You Have: 3+ years of experience developing and providing training across various mediums, including classroom, computer-based, on-the-job, and self-help
Experience working across multi-disciplinary project teams, including project management, change management, communications, process improvement, and training
Knowledge of learning and developing concepts, models, theories, and approaches
Ability to develop and maintain learning products employing the ADDIE process
Ability to create and present training content in different modalities
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience training for the Department of Defense
Knowledge of adult learner characteristics and adult learning techniques
Ability to evaluate and assess current organizational training resources against organizational objectives, identify gaps, and develop training objectives, course outlines, and full training programs to meet organizational goals
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including clarity, transparency, and empathy
TS / SCI clearance Master's degree
Certified Professional in Training Management ( CPTM ) , Asso cia te Professional in Talent Development ( APTD ) , Certified Professional in Talent Development ( CPTD ) , or Certified Training and Development Professional ( CTDP ) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
