Training Intelligence Analyst As required by our governmental client, this position requires being a US Citizen AND an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance. We are seeking a Training Intelligence Analyst to support and enhance the training and certification programs for intelligence analysts within Air Force-related networks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering intelligence briefs, managing training programs, and providing expert guidance on tactics and procedures for cyber operations. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for Training Intelligence Analyst: Pay commensurate with experience. Training Intelligence Analyst Responsibilities Include: Research, analyze, and prepare intelligence briefs impacting Air Force-related networks. Respond to requests for information and production requirements. Provide services and solutions for mission qualification training (MQT) and certification programs for intelligence analysts. Advise military leadership on program status and improvement recommendations. Oversee and manage the completion of training material for Initial Qualification Training (IQT) and MQT for intelligence analysts. Plan, develop, participate, and manage supported exercises. Coordinate and execute continuation training for intelligence analysts. Plan, coordinate, and execute external intelligence training for weapon system operators. Oversee, develop, and manage positional evaluations for intelligence analysts. Update daily and weekly operational and strategic staff meeting slides. Interface with Task Management Tool (TMT) for task coordination. Perform intel-related administrative duties and act as an alternate for additional duties as needed. Participate in staff training visits. Provide and implement tactics to assist operation crews in assessing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) effectiveness while planning and conducting cyber operations. Provide weapons and tactics support. Performs other job-related duties as assigned Training Intelligence Analyst Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), Information Technology (IT), Cyber Security, or Intelligence Studies. Alternatively, a commercial cyber certification may be used as proof of experience. Minimum of six years of experience supporting strategic and/or tactical intelligence support to cyber operations missions. Familiarity with joint, Intelligence Community (IC), and service exercise processes. Strong understanding of cyber operations and intelligence analysis. Ability to develop training materials and exercise scenarios.
