Job Title: Training Delivery Coordinator
Job Summary: The Training Delivery Coordinator supports and maintains the WFD training facility, ensuring it is a welcoming space. They work with customers, vendors, shippers, and suppliers to coordinate training resources and provide administrative support to the Workforce Development Team.
Essential Functions Responsibilities:
- Greets CDW clients and provides outstanding customer care.
- Coordinates and prepares training resources for delivery of training programs.
- Schedules training facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Works closely with CDW room rental agent to schedule classroom space.
- Serves as point of contact for training programs and responds to client inquiries.
- Provides hands-on assistance for the remote Technology team.
- Orders, receives, inventories, and stores courseware, equipment, and other training supplies.
- Prepares travel equipment for shipping and arranges transportation.
- Prepares reports and statistics on classroom activity and resource consumption.
- Prepares classrooms for use and maintains overall appearance of the training center.
- Ensures cleanliness of breakroom and serves snacks and beverages.
- Coordinates with other on-site staff members to ensure full schedule coverage.
- Performs other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Experience:
- Prior experience with project coordination.
- 3-5 years experience in a customer service position.
- Experience managing multiple calendars in different time zones.
- Computer experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

Education:
- High School Diploma required, Associate Degree in Business Administration or similar preferred.
Technical Requirements:
- Intermediate to Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
