What You'll Do: - Lead the onboarding and ongoing training of F&B team members-servers, cooks, bartenders, concierge and more.
- Bring our standards and brand to life through fun, hands-on training experiences.
- Partner with leaders to identify training needs and help develop high-performing teams.
- Be in the action. You'll be side-by-side with our team members, leading by example.
- Support rollouts, training updates, and new openings as we grow.
What You Bring: - 2-4 years training and development experience (Restaurant or Hospitality preferred)
- Deep knowledge of both front and back-of-house operations preferred.
- A natural coach-patient, clear, and always focused on team success.
- Positive energy and a belief that training should be fun, practical, and empowering.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
