Responsibilities: As a Manager Trainee, you will embrace various responsibilities:
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service:
- Lead by example, providing exceptional customer interactions and addressing needs effectively.
- Turn customer concerns into positive outcomes, cultivating loyalty and repeat business.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe environment for all customers.
- Supervise Daily Operations:
- Manage daily store production and staff according to business needs.
- Ensure all operational standards are met for quality service delivery.
- Complete necessary administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
- Lead and Motivate Employees:
- Coach and mentor team members, creating a positive work culture.
- Develop schedules that meet business demands and support employee needs.

Qualifications: - Valid driver's license.
- An associate's degree or higher (or currently a college senior) or at least 2 years of relevant experience in management, professional sales, or military leadership.
- Available to work a retail schedule (45 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays).
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Physical Requirements: - Work outdoors year-round, with exposure to various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a fast pace.
- Must be able to see and hear clearly for safety in a dynamic work environment.
- Fluent in English to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Regular attendance is essential, with flexibility for varying schedules.
