As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee Sales Executive to join the team in our Middlesbrough office, with responsibilities extending across the entire company.
The successful candidate will demonstrate relentless drive and determination to achieve and exceed targets, seeking out new opportunities. They must be confident, with strong ability to think on their feet to manage clients and close sales.
The role will start in the sales office, focusing initially on sales calls, booking demos for a new and exciting range of products, and building rapport to win orders from smaller clients. Over approximately 24 months, the role will develop into a full Sales Executive position, focusing on driving new business based on individual progression.
Full training will be provided on technical aspects of the business and sales skills, including shadowing more senior staff. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious individual to enter a sales role with significant growth potential.
The role offers a basic salary of up to £28,000, with pension contributions, a laptop, and a phone. The fully qualified role offers circa £60,000 OTE, with a company car. The position involves travel across the country and possibly Europe.
