Our recruitment consultants enjoy uncapped commission on top of their base salary.
What can you expect to earn:
+ 1st Year OTE $45k-70k+
+ 2nd Year $70k-100k+
+ 3rd Year $100k -150k+

Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with everything you need to know about recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space, so no prior knowledge is needed. You'll also receive personalised 1-2-1 training from the head of our Miami office, to make sure you hit the ground running.

The role :
We will train you to become a full 360 recruiter, meaning you:
- Generate leads and develop relationships with companies to win new business for yourself and Plexus
- Pitch to, negotiate with and secure key clients in the Web 3, Crypto and Blockchain space
- Find experienced candidates
- Qualify the candidates over the phone
- Manage the interview and hiring process
- Build a personal brand through online marketing and platforms like LinkedIn
