What You'll Do:
Starting as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the ins and outs of the recruitment world while working alongside a supportive and experienced team. You'll be trained in sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates with key clients in the IT sector. This role is the perfect launchpad to grow your skills and build a successful career. Key Responsibilities:
- Find & Match Talent: Source and screen candidates for exciting roles in Data, Cloud, ERP, and SAP sectors.
- Develop Relationships: Build and nurture strong connections with both clients and candidates, helping them achieve their goals.
- Support the Process: Help schedule interviews, provide feedback, and ensure everything runs smoothly for both candidates and clients.
- Hit Your Targets: Contribute to business growth by helping to meet recruitment targets and KPIs.
