Trainee kiln wanted for a busy engineering company in Rugby.
This is a role where you learn how to build kilns using within the factory, set up the bricks depending on how much heat is needed, place product in the chambers and load / unload by hand along with using a kiln kart.
Its Monday - Friday working a nice, fixed day shift of (Apply online only) with an early Friday finish.
To be considered: you NEED
- Some experience working within manufacturing.
- Keen, enthusiastic and a desire to learn.
- Great eye for detail
- Interest in engineering.
- Fluent in written / spoken English.
- Full right to work in the UK.
This role offers you:
- 12.50 p/hour (rising after 13 weeks)
- 37 hours paid per week.
- Weekly pay via SolviT Recruitment LTD.

- Pay review after 3 months.
