We have established an in-house, paid AssocRICS training programme that offers structured training and support throughout your tenure with the company. Our approach combines technical training with practical, on-the-job experience, including shadowing experienced Surveyors and participating in classroom sessions.
Our training integrates classroom learning, regular assessments, and practical experience to equip Trainees with the skills necessary for a successful career as a Valuation Surveyor.

To qualify as a Trainee AssocRICS Surveyor, applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- An RICS-accredited surveying-related degree (graduate or postgraduate), including a valuation module and/or building surveying with a pathology module on residential buildings, plus at least one year of property-related work experience.
- An RICS-approved HND, HNC, NVQ Level 3 diploma, BTEC, or foundation degree with two or more years of property-related work experience, such as estate agency or surveying/valuation disciplines.
- A minimum of four years of property-related work experience (e.g., negotiator level or higher in estate agency, or equivalent in asset management, LPA departments, or property management involving caseload handling and decision-making in property matters).
