The role of a Trainee Animal Technician includes routine animal husbandry for animals. This includes feeding, handling and health checks. Our client offers thorough training to ensure you can reach your full potential in the role and in your progression.
Your role:
- General health checking
- Handling animals
- Cage cleaning and washing
- Recording data
- Reporting anything unusual to a Senior member of staff
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for working with animals - demonstrating care, welfare, and compassion
- Previous experience working with (and handling) animals
- Flexible and adaptable
- Driving License
