The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in complex trademark and copyright matters, negotiate and draft purchase, sale, security, license and other related agreements.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on global trademark clearance projects, trademark and copyright enforcement, registration, domain name, and counseling matters.
- Negotiate and draft purchase, sale, security, license, and other related agreements.
- Deliver high quality work-product and effectively communicate at all levels of the firm and its clients.
- Integrate into the practice and build strong relationships with clients and within the firm.
Qualifications
- Barred in the District of Colombia and in good standing.
- 3+ years of trademark experience, including clearance, prosecution, enforcement, brand and portfolio management, and counseling regarding trademark strategy in the United States and abroad.
- TTAB and trademark prosecution experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills required.
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited institution.
- Ability to travel as client needs require.
Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive salary commensurate on experience ($205k - $330k)
