Title: Trade Show / Event Coordinator II

Description:

• The Trade Show/Event Coordinator II will support marketing initiatives across North American and international markets.

• This role collaborates with solution marketing, product, sales, and enterprise marketing teams to promote brand visibility, support renewals, and drive revenue growth.

• The coordinator is responsible for managing event marketing efforts, digital campaigns, and communication strategies to ensure successful campaign execution and alignment with business objectives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing programs aligned with corporate goals and market trends.

• Manage virtual and in-person event marketing for designated focus areas within the industry.

• Lead digital demand generation campaigns for targeted product areas across global and regional markets.

• Establish and implement effective communication strategies tailored to audience, geography, and segment.

• Collaborate with sales teams to align program objectives, monitor campaign milestones, and adjust based on market changes.

• Coordinate with marketing team members and business leaders to schedule and execute campaigns for optimal impact.

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

• Familiarity with working within a geographically dispersed matrix organization.

• Excellent analytical, planning, and process development capabilities.

• Ability to travel within the U.S. for events, approximately 3-5 times annually or as required.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous but not required.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $17-$25/HR
