Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager, Trade Show and Events to lead the planning and execution of national trade shows, regional events, and customer showcases. The ideal candidate has direct experience in the
major appliances industry.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead planning and execution of national and regional trade shows and key customer showcases.
- Own end-to-end event project management, including timelines, vendor coordination, venue planning, staging, on-site execution, and teardown.
- Coordinate and execute tailored product showcases in Louisville, KY or road shows for Key Customers including showcase setup and meeting coordination the day of event.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Account Teams, Brand Marketing, and Logistics to align event strategy with business goals.
- Logistics coordination - Work directly with warehouse and logistics teams to manage product accuracy, transportation, and setup-ensuring timely delivery and accurate placement.
- Communicate clearly and consistently across all stakeholders and functional teams before, during, and after events to ensure seamless execution
- Manage event budgets, track spend and negotiate with vendors to optimize investment.
- Provide post-show feedback to drive future improvement.
- Ensure all events reflect brand standards and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently for event planning, site visits, and on-site execution.
Salary range $90K - $135K
