Compensation: $25.00 - $29.00 / hour

Description

The Trade Marketing Specialist will support the execution of Trade Marketing programs and initiatives by assisting in the development and procurement of Marketing tools to support Sales and Marketing teams across North America. This role requires detailed project management, strong vendor coordination, and thorough communication with Marketing, Sales, and other key partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support in the execution of Wyld Brands' Marketing plan by developing and procuring Trade Marketing Materials On Brand, On Time, and On Budget
  • Communicate project updates clearly and frequently to the Sales and Marketing team, ensuring project timelines are being met and appropriate parties are aware of progress
  • Work closely with vendors to procure Trade Marketing Materials, including print, displays, signage, and other key assets
  • Track projects and requests using Smartsheet, Marketing's project platform, for accurate and efficient delivery of projects
  • Manage our Digital Asset Manager, Brandfolder, by uploading the latest Marketing assets to ensure the Brand is being represented accurately by state/market
  • Partner with Wyld's in-house Creative team to develop new Trade Marketing Materials
  • Manage local offsite warehouse inventory of Trade Marketing Materials - providing complete visibility of inventory to the appropriate teams
  • Occasionally, organize and support local Trade Show and Sponsorship events
  • Additional duties & responsibilities may be assigned based on business needs

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in Marketing or Sales Operations and/or a similar relevant field
  • Ability to project a calm and professional demeanor regardless of the type of environment
  • Resourceful, self-motivated with a sense of urgency and strong work ethic. Capable of regularly using good judgment and problem-solving skills to accomplish goals and work requirements
  • Must be able to be entrusted with confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new software are highly valued
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a high consideration for detail and accuracy
  • Language Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to professionally interact with managers, staff and officers at all levels of the organization with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Not afraid to take ownership; demonstrates a growth mindset
  • Effectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the company
  • Possess advanced mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • State regulations require that all applicants be 21 years of age or older
