Job Summary: As RYSE's Trade Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE's marketing efforts by implementing and driving marketing strategies and promotional activities specifically targeted at retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and other trade partners within the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

Execute comprehensive marketing initiatives which may include promotional campaigns, merchandising, pricing strategies, co-marketing opportunities, and other endeavors

Plan and carry out trade promotions, discounts, and incentives to stimulate demand and increase sell-through

Work with cross-functional teams on developing point-of-sale materials, product displays, appealing signage, and more

Ensure the brand is prepared and well-represented for on-premises accounts and trade events

Establish strong relationships and impact with key distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and new potential business partners

Flexible with travel as needed for the role

Education and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field

3-5+ years of experience in a trade marketing position or a related role

Demonstrated knowledge of business-to-business marketing with partners such as distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and vendors

Able to work at a desk/on a computer for up to 8 hours a day
